Stubble Trouble is an organization working actively to bridge the divide between farmers, experts, and various stakeholders regarding stubble burning and spread awareness among the general public about the same.
The organization started off as a change.org petition to introduce reforms into agriculture to manage stubble better. I joined the core group as an outreach volunteer and helped in bringing the petition from 500 to 3000+ supporters. It can be found at https://www.change.org/eradicate-stubble-burning .
I was a key member of the team in the ideation and creation of a webinar on Stubble Burning. The panel discussion of the webinar which featured real farmers and representatives from NGOs, was attended by around 100 participants.
